Are you a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills? We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join a high-impact project focused on modernising and improving resource modelling for court resourcing.
What you’ll do:
- Assess and validate the logic behind existing Excel-based resource models.
- Review and ensure models are fit for purpose, with potential rebuilds using R or SAS.
- Identify and document assumptions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide clear recommendations and advice on resourcing requirements.
- Present findings and socialise advice across key stakeholder groups.
- Strong systems and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in modelling and data analysis (R or SAS preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
