A need now exists for a talented Senior Residential QS to join the team.

Your role will involve:
* Detailed budgets, estimating and cost plans/take offs/measurement
* Contract Administration
* Negotiating supplier agreements
* Undertaking variations and potential variations
* Financial project control
* Forecasting
* Preparation and agreement of final accounts
* Management of a team of 2-3 QS’s

As a successful applicant, you have a degree in quantity surveying and at least 8+ years of quantity surveying experience in high volume residential or a mix of commercial/residential. Knowledge of building standards and NZ3604/3910 is required. You are motivated, have a high work ethic and have proven yourself so far as being reliable and one of the higher performers. You are an enthusiastic, organized, confident and are an inspired individual who enjoys developing, communicating and sharing your ideas. This builder is looking to build a team that has focus and a long term commitment.

Salary  $140K - $150K + veh pending experience.
