We are on the look-out for an experienced Service Administrator with 3+ year's experience working in a hands on administration & sales support role.   Our opportunity will see you working within a business who really care about their customers, offer a top range of products, and a great service.

Hours for our role are between 8.30am to 2.30pm (27.5 hour week) 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Answering queries
  • Transport planning
  • Arranging maintenance
  • Contract returns
  • PO requests
  • Scheduling maintenance
  • Processing paperwork, answering customers queries via telephone calls and emails  
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years administration/coordination experience in a customer focused organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Top notch coordination and processing skills
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
