We’re seeking multiple Service Desk Analysts for a 3-month temporary assignment starting Monday, 3rd November 2025.
This is a fast-paced, role where you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support—handling calls, emails, and tickets while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Role Details
- Start Date: 3rd November 2025
- End Date: 30th January 2026
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday
- Location: Work from home
- Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour
- Respond to incoming calls and emails
- Manage and triage support tickets based on priority
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence with new systems
- Reliable home office setup and availability for the full assignment
