Service Desk Analyst – Temporary Opportunity (3 Months)

We’re seeking multiple Service Desk Analysts for a 3-month temporary assignment starting Monday, 3rd November 2025.
This is a fast-paced, role where you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support—handling calls, emails, and tickets while troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Role Details
  • Start Date: 3rd November 2025
  • End Date: 30th January 2026
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday
  • Location: Work from home
  • Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails
  • Manage and triage support tickets based on priority
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence with new systems
  • Reliable home office setup and availability for the full assignment
