We are seeking a 3 x Full Stack Developers with a mix of well-rounded Intermediate/Senior Development experience to support our talented, hard-working, and supportive team to deliver our award-winning web development service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with new and existing clients on super rewarding bespoke projects, providing invaluable mentoring and coaching to our growing development team.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
- A good understand of PHP and MySQL based applications, PHP frameworks and Content Management Systems (Silverstripe), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks (including Vue.js) and versioning software (Git, Subversion etc)
- Understand technical and functional design requirements, code, and test technical solutions
- A keen passion for new technology, pushing the boundaries and a willingness to develop good client management and strong leadership, communication, and socialisation skills
- Knowledge of or experience in Agile development methodologies would stand you in good stead
What's in it for you:
- $95,000-$130,000 per annum (experience dependent)
- 5% employer superannuation contribution
- After 2 years of service you go from 4 weeks annual leave to 5 weeks
