This is a larger main contractor with a huge depth of construction expertise and project delivery history. They have partnered with key government clients that have a sizable project portfolio for 2023 and beyond. The key projects that need resourcing are major new build hospital projects with a high level of services with sometimes working in live environments. This a is a role for Site Supervisor or Site Supervisor on cusp of manager keen to grow and develop with a leader utilising proven a system for mentoring and development.

Reporting into a site manager, you will be:

• Co ordinating subcontractors and trades
• Organising relevant materials, equipment and access
• OSH
• Managing day to day site activities
• Leading from the front

Key background for this role:

• General commercial site experience of 3 – 5 yeas across concrete, structures, façade and fitout  
• Material procurement experience
• Ability to lead and be assertive
• Well-developed computer skills in program management, training can be provided
• Energy and drive to acquire knowledge and skills
• Health and safety initiative
• Ideally trade qualified

Remuneration: $115K - $130K
