What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Extensive knowledge of banking operations, specifically in loan products, ranging from retail to institutional.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, application integration, and data management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in providing leadership and guidance to development teams during solution implementation.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
