  • $25 – 30 per hour or annual salary equivalent (experience dependant)

  • CBD-Thorndon Quay location
  • Available ASAP - we can work with up to 10-day notice period

We are currently looking for candidates for opportunities for mid – high level Team Administrators or Coordinators for our not-for-profit clients.   This role requites an excellent level of customer service, high level of administration and coordination abilities.   Services and queries related to student applications, enrolments, and fee queries. This is a very busy role with a wide range of day to day tasks and duties.

Day to Day:

  • High-level customer service and internal/external stakeholder engagement
  • Administration in student queries, applications and enrolments
  • System savvy and ability to pick up a specific systems management
  • Email management and logging of correspondence
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Data entry and updating an internal database
  • Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these duties as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative.
