This is a Day rate contract for 20 months- competitive daily rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Forming and leading a training team
- Establishing a Training network
- Ensure training is effective
- Feedback coaching and mentoring for the Training team
- Ensure the material , plans and completion rates are happening
- Oversee the training schedule and instructional design
- Collaborate on the training communications
The role will put in place a comprehensive training plan and work closely with the Training Team to develop and design learning pathways and frameworks and set up reporting and training tracking framework to track attendance, learning competence and completion. It will work closely with the Change Workstream and organisation's business teams to ensure training is tailored to the frameworks standards and targeting the right level. Also will work closely with the Change team to develop training communications.
About You:
- A tertiary qualification in Adult Learning or similar
- 5-10 years experience in leading large scale training programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to support people in behavioural and new skills learning
