My client is looking for a Workforce specialist to join their HR team. This is newly created role that can be an 18-24 months fixed term/secondment position or they are also potentially open to an hourly rate contractor for the duration of about 6 months.
They are looking for a strategic, future focused creative thinker to work closely with leaders to determine their future workforce needs.
This includes analysing the current capability and capacity, identifying any skill gaps and providing strategic advice to the business on how they can successfully build their workforce and set a clear focus and direction for developing their people.
You will bring:
- a sound knowledge of workforce management disciplines
- ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform decisions
- experience in a similar role is desirable
- excellent written and oral presentation skills, including the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences
