We are currently seeking two experienced Change Managers to join a high-performing change workforce supporting a variety of strategic and operational initiatives across a large public sector organisation.
About the Work:
These roles will be allocated across several key programmes, including:
- Implementation of a workflow management tool to improve shared services delivery and resource planning
- Customer experience uplift initiatives focused on service capability
- Infrastructure and operations projects across enterprise, cloud, and end-user environments
- ICT upgrades and platform enhancements supporting small business services
- Cyber remediation and enterprise setup using Microsoft 365 tools.
- We’re seeking professionals with proven experience in delivering change across complex environments. Key skills include:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in tech refresh or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Kotter)
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Understanding of project management tools and practices.
