About the roles:
Accounts Assistant – Temp (Auckland Central and North Shore) x 4 positions available
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation/cashflow
- Assisting with payroll
- Accounts Administration
Accounts Payable and Receivable – Temp (Auckland Central) x 2 positions available
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
- Daily reconciliation of supplier statements
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting as required
- Effectively communicate with and respond to all queries
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Payroll Officer – Perm and Temp (Auckland Central) x 2 positions available (Part-time and Full-time)
- Answering employees and managers queries around payroll procedures, laws and taxes
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining and updating payroll records
- High attention to detail and good NZ legislation knowledge needed
