Accounts Payable Officer

We are currently looking for Accounts Payable Officers, who are motivated to find new opportunities in the finance space. Beyond Recruitment work to support clients in the public and private sector, who are currently recruiting for exciting financial administration opportunities.

Duties For these Positions Generally Include:

• End-to-end processing of Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices are correctly processed to close deadlines.
• Working with purchase orders, to ensure all invoices are coded and matched correctly.
• Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed to month-end deadlines.
• Process Reimbursements, credit card payments and occasional month-end tasks
• General reconciliations, responses to clients and management of AP inboxes
• Any other ad-hoc duties as requested.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1 – 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Financial Administration based roles
• Experience in AP, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, General Ledger, Spreadsheeting
• Experience using, MYOB, SAP, TechOne, Oracle or other accounts-based software as well as the MS Suite
• The ability to handle high-volume, complex work in a busy environment while being adaptable to new systems and business processes.
