As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our accounts receivable ledger and delivering top-notch service to both internal and external customers. Your expertise in financial systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance, will be highly valued as you play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate invoicing and credit processing.

- Provide support to non-finance user-groups.
- Ensure compliance with PCI requirements to safeguard customer information security.
- Process and quality-check invoices and credit notes
- Maintain accurate master data in finance systems.
- Monitor and analyse error records generated by Billing systems.
- Resolve and correct incorrectly entered and billed flight data.
- Process monthly billings.
- Minimum two plus years of experience in an accounts receivable function.
- Competent IT skills in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in FMIS (Financial Management Information Systems), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance.
- Previous experience working in a complex financial environment, preferably within an SOE (State-Owned Enterprise) or commercial setting.
- Thorough understanding of the Privacy Act and the ability to ensure adherence to its regulations.
- Ability to effectively liaise and collaborate with the Civil Aviation Authority team.
- Proactively demonstrate Airways safety values in all aspects of work.
- Flexibility for potential travel to other locations within New Zealand as required.
