Our client is looking for am experienced Administration Officer to join their team. This is a key position in the functioning of the business and involves offering administrative support to operational staff.

About the role:

  • Typing up and formulating reports
  • Arranging maintenance and records for vehicles
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation as required
  • Maintain stationery supplies
  • See to inward and outward mail/correspondence
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing system
  • Process approvals and travel allowances

About you:

  • Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers’ licence
  • Must have good of office administration and support experience
  • Must have fast and accurate word processing skills
  • Strong organisational skills essential
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good oral and written communication skills essential
  • Must have good judgement and common sense
