About the role:
The Administration Officer contributes to the implementation of national and regional business plans by providing effective and efficient administration services.
- Format and present final review reports
- Prepare reports, letters, minutes of meeting and other documentation
- Arrange maintenance and records for vehicles
- Organise travel and accommodation
- Processing of inward and outward mail/correspondence
- Ensure high quality responsiveness for information and service
