About the role:

The Administration Officer contributes to the implementation of national and regional business plans by providing effective and efficient administration services.
  • Format and present final review reports 
  • Prepare reports, letters, minutes of meeting and other documentation
  • Arrange maintenance and records for vehicles
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Processing of inward and outward mail/correspondence
  • Ensure high quality responsiveness for information and service

  • Previous administration experience
  • High attention to detail
