What you will be doing
- Engage with staff to understand current processes and system usage.
- Document workflows, data flows, system touchpoints, and manual workarounds.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend practical process improvements with minimal technical complexity.
- Define future‑state requirements to support system enhancements.
- Contribute to business cases, options analyses, and decision documentation.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Your Background:
- 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to document processes and requirements clearly.
