Are you a resilient and relationship-driven Business Analyst ready to make a meaningful impact in major social initiative?
We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a small, high-performing team driving cross-agency transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that improve outcomes for people and enhance system-wide collaboration across this sector.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting business analysis activities across multiple initiatives.
- Delivering current state analysis, requirements gathering, gap and impact assessments, and actionable recommendations.
- Producing high-level and detailed designs and supporting implementation planning.
- Facilitating workshops and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across agencies.
- Navigating ambiguity and working in the ‘grey’ to bring clarity and structure to complex problems.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong business-centred analysis skills with a focus on process and strategy.
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-initiative environment.
- Experience working across agencies or in the justice/social sector is highly desirable.
- A background in change and business process design.
- Experience Workforce planning is advantageous.
