About the role:
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for technical support. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems and users running smoothly, ensuring every support request is handled efficiently and with care.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the IT Service Desk mailbox and answering support calls.
  • Logging and tracking all incidents and requests in the ITSM system.
  • Providing timely updates and clear communication to customers.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while following ITIL processes.
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster (4 days on, 4 days off):
  • 2-day shifts – 6am to 6pm
  • 2-night shifts – 6pm to 6am
About you:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk environment
  • Familiar with ITIL processes for incident & problem management
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Currently based in New Zealand with legal right to work
