About the role:
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for technical support. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems and users running smoothly, ensuring every support request is handled efficiently and with care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the IT Service Desk mailbox and answering support calls.
- Logging and tracking all incidents and requests in the ITSM system.
- Providing timely updates and clear communication to customers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while following ITIL processes.
- 2-day shifts – 6am to 6pm
- 2-night shifts – 6pm to 6am
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk environment
- Familiar with ITIL processes for incident & problem management
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Currently based in New Zealand with legal right to work
- Permanent opportunity in Auckland
