We are looking for a Business Coordinator for a Permanent role commencing ASAP. They will wait a 4-week notice period for the right candidate. Large government organisation based in the CBD. Ideally looking for someone with previous Coordination experience!

  • $63,000K - $75,000K, depending on experience
  • CBD location
  • Coordination experience

Day to Day:

  • Booking meetings, diary management etc
  • Basic accounting support such as processing invoices
  • Email management and logging of correspondence
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Drafting, editing and collating documents
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Data entry and updating an internal database
  • Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above
  • Minute taking

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these duties as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative.
