Opportunity for an experienced independent contractor to partner with senior stakeholders to support the delivery of quality people solutions.

You will be responsible for the delivery of people-centric practices and policies, deliver and enable all cyclical HR activities, provide quality employment advice and coach and develop leaders to manage employee issues.

We are ideally looking for a someone with HR generalist partnering experience in large, complex organisations who is very effective in delivery.

You will need to bring expertise in NZ employment law, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills,  and a proven ability to coach and influence.
