About the role:
Are you a Change Manager ready to be part of an impactful transformation?  We’re seeking a dynamic professional to support a major Digital Transformation initiative, driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact, and readiness assessments
  • Develop and deliver change communications, training, and engagement activities
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to leaders and teams
  • Align change activities with project milestones and report on progress
  • Monitor adoption metrics and support issue resolution
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5 years Change Management, ideally within ERP projects
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and planning skills
  • A proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset
