About the role:
Are you a Change Manager ready to be part of an impactful transformation? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to support a major Digital Transformation initiative, driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact, and readiness assessments
- Develop and deliver change communications, training, and engagement activities
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to leaders and teams
- Align change activities with project milestones and report on progress
- Monitor adoption metrics and support issue resolution
- 5 years Change Management, ideally within ERP projects
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and planning skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset
