Are you a technically skilled relationship manager who thrives at the intersection of delivery, operations, and customer success? We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to lead the coordination, support, and continuous improvement of large-scale enterprise platforms and associated technologies for a major New Zealand organisation.

This is a key role that blends technical expertise with client engagement. You'll work across software, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystems to ensure smooth operations, deliver enhancements, and support long-term strategic goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Project & Change Delivery
  • Lead technical projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements
  • Coordinate offshore teams for timely software delivery
  • Prepare estimates for new work and enhancements
  • Provide feedback to global product teams

Vendor & Infrastructure Oversight
  • Oversee service and hosting arrangements, including third-party vendors
  • Ensure vendor support aligns with business needs

Client Engagement & Opportunity Development
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be the main contact for technical support and escalations
  • Identify and promote system improvements or new solutions

What You’ll Bring
  • 5- 10 years’ experience in technical account management or system delivery
  • Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and cloud technologies
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to support critical issues on a rotating basis
