We have a 12-month contract role for a Test Lead. What we are looking for...

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive experience in both automated and manual testing, using a variety of tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of API and microservices development and testing.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews, setting automation standards, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to assess what and when to automate for maximum efficiency, and to explore and introduce new tools and techniques to enhance testing processes

Key Tasks:

• Stakeholder management
• Providing technical leadership, 
• Testing discovery and enablement
• Workload oversight, managing resources across testing team and assisting with Code reviews.
