You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Elicit requirements through workshops, interviews, and research to gather and analyse business and technical requirements for ICT systems.
- Assessing technologies and data utilisation
- Evaluate existing ICT processes, applications, and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation and Change Management
- Produce high-quality documentation (e.g., business cases, audits, process maps) and support change initiatives through impact assessments and transition planning.
This is a contract requirement till 31 March 2026.
