- Change Manager- 20 hours, CBD
- 6 month contract with potential to extend
- Hourly Rate: $110ph - $120ph to the contractor
The Change Manager will be responsible for preparing staff, guiding impacted users through the transition, and ensuring the organisation is ready to embrace the new technology and associated processes.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Ability to translate system changes into clear, people-focused impacts, ensuring staff understand what is changing and why
- Deep understanding of user behaviour, resistance patterns, and the psychology of change
- Comfortable working within evolving processes and supporting staff through transition
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, faculty leaders, and front-line users to support a smooth transition
- High emotional intelligence and sensitivity
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping teams adapt to new processes, roles, and system workflows
This contract will commence in January 2026.
