Change Manager – People & Culture Framework
Location: Central Wellington
Contract Duration: c. 4 months (March - June) with likelihood of extension.
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
We are supporting a public sector client who needs an experienced Change Manager to support the continued development and implementation of a People and Culture framework within a segment of their organisation. This is a critical role focused on embedding cultural change and delivering initiatives that uplift engagement and retention.
You’ll build on existing work completed by the People and Culture team and lead the implementation plan, design training programmes, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic advice to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the People and Culture implementation plan
- Design and deliver staff training programmes
- Drive culture uplift initiatives across the organisation
- Prepare and present briefings to the group's leadership
- Facilitate workshops to support cultural transformation
- Develop staff retention strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in change management and cultural transformation
- Strong ability to design and implement training programmes
- Experience writing and applying change/people strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
You will need current security clearance (or ability to obtain clearance) to be considered for this role.
