We are seeking a talented Change Manager to work for a dynamic high-profile Government Agency. As a Change Manager you will be experienced in delivering change programs with qualifications in change and project management disciplines. You will need to have extensive experience engaging and maintaining solid relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Salary depending on experience $160,000 - $190,000 per annum
- CBD Location, very Flexible.

- Build a consistent, inclusive, and holistic change experience for our people and customers
- Improve our resilience to change and ability to effectively lead and absorb planned and unplanned change
- Support the effective coordination, sequencing, and management of change activity at an enterprise level to fully realise expected outcomes and benefits
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
