Responsibilities will include diary and inbox management, meeting and event coordination, preparing agendas, action-point minutes, financial administration, booking travel and accommodation, and supporting as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent organisation with the ability to proactively anticipate needs
- Proven ability to provide strategic support to a senior leader
- Strong written and verbal communication
