About the Role
The Finance Manger is a senior role within the New Zealand Business, responsible for a team of 7 covering the Branch Network, AP/AR, Reporting, Budgeting, Pricing and Analysis. Reporting to the CFO, and in conjunction with the New Zealand Managing Director, the role is responsible for ensuring quality information and insights are prepared and presented to the overseas leadership team in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities within the role include:
Accurate representation of Honda New Zealand’s Financial Position.
Team leadership, including coaching and mentoring.
Manage the relationship with external Audit and Tax partners.
System optimisation and process improvement.
Encourage and develop further collaboration between the Finance team and other stakeholders.
