The organisation has excellent pedigree and leadership with outstanding experience on board from the CEO and CFO who have all had a huge impact in the sector with previous leadership roles.
With this growth a need has arisen for a driven qualified, commercially focused accountant to come on board and help to grow the business and be part of the journey to take it to the next level in their strategic plan.
The business has an excellent culture with a flat structure and will be able to provide the successful individual with multiple opportunities to be involved in projects and assignments that will help to develop their skills.
Reporting into the Financial Controller and based in their city offices, you will be heavily involved in providing support to the business and Financial Controller, understanding the commercial drivers and providing financial rigor to the accounting process. As the scope of the role grows, there will be definite opportunities to grow in the position and take on more challenging opportunities.
Ideally, you will have experience in Audit or consulting background from within Private Practice, although commercial experience would also be highly valued. Ideally you will be newly qualified or with one- or two-years post qualification experience, along with a desire to take the leadership of a small team.
