- $80,000 (Full-Time) or $70,000 Part-Time
This team of four reports to a Senior Finance Advisor for Management Accounting, with a wider team consisting of procurement, facilities, financial and management accounting.
Duties Include:
- Processing bank statements and bank reconciliations
- Manage the accounts receivable process including invoices, receipt of payments and reviewing aged debtors
- Manage the finance processes in various systems to ensure provision of an efficient and accurate service
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end variance analysis for revenue and receivables
We Are Looking For:
- Experience working as a Junior Management Accountant, or Assistant Accountant OR.
- 4+ years' experience working in a financial services role, with a focus on reconciliations and accounts receivable
- Previous experience working with and learning new systems, including the MS Suite
- A willingness to contribute to team culture, ensure deadlines are met and problem-solve on the fly
