We are seeking a Functional Consultant for one of our client’s with a focus on delivering solutions, providing expert advice and supporting the upskilling of the business internal capability in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), as a Functional Consultant you will be working in collaboration with a range of stakeholders across the organisation and externally with third party vendors to support the transition and delivery of products onto the D365 platform through discovery, capturing of requirements, engaging subject matter experts, translating requirements and configuring the solution and applications.
You will be responsible for reporting to the Manager of Business Systems Capability. You will bring experience and proficiency to deliver across a range of functions, including technology governance, design governance, relationship management, change management and reporting and data.
What you’ll need to succeed:

Expertise in D365 including in-depth functional knowledge integrating into SaaS and legacy systems

Demonstrated understanding of how business processes work

Extensive experience working with stakeholders to elicit business requirements for translation into functional solution design

Confidence presenting to stakeholders across an organisation, including senior management, as a ‘subject matter expert’, articulating functional solution designs, limitations, and opportunities for improvement

Develop opportunities for improvements and enhancements to support business requirements and to support the user experience journey

Deliver on business requirements through fit-gap analysis, developing specifications, configuring system rules and unit testing
