GenAI Specialist – Lead Consultant

About the Role:
Are you ready to shape the future of Generative AI in enterprise environments? We’re looking for a GenAI Specialist – Lead Consultant to help establish a GenAI Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is your chance to architect and deliver transformative AI solutions that redefine how businesses operate.
You’ll collaborate with talented professionals, work across practices, and engage directly with customers to deliver real-world impact through AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of GenAI solutions across text, image, and audio.
- Build production-ready PoCs and integrate services using modern SDKs/APIs.
- Drive best practices in AI safety, performance tuning, and observability.
- Ensure secure and responsible AI development (token hygiene, PII protection, content safety).
- Provide pre-sales demos, scope projects, and mentor clients and consultants.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives and help shape AI strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years consulting experience.
- 3+ years coding in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript (Python highly valued).
- 3+ years API development.
- 2+ years prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), CI/CD, GitHub, and telemetry-driven optimisation.
- Agile mindset with strong communication and facilitation skills.
