As a trusted advisor, you will be working with the HR Team to directly engage with all partners and staff to provide generalist human resources advice and support to managers on a variety of human resource areas including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and reward and recognition.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in providing HR support.
- Experience fostering and managing relationships with other teams/business groups.
- Strong recruitment and selection expertise.
- Experience in sourcing, developing and/or delivering training programs.

- Ability to establish and maintain professional credibility on all levels.
- Strong verbal and writing skills that convey a concise but comprehensive outcome oriented communication.
- Team player with an awareness of when to stay involved, and when to delegate and coach.
