Opportunity for an HR Advisor who has solid HRIS administration experience.
The organisation has implemented a new HRIS and the advisor will be responsible for administration of the system, maintaining workflow, training managers and also be the first point of contact for all HR queries from Managers and employees.
The role will start with a n HRIS focus and as it becomes embedded, the role will take on more HR Advisory responsibilities.
Ideally suited to an intermediate level advisor who is sytems savvy.
