This is a great role for an HR Advisor who has reached fullness in her/his current role and is ready to take on some strategic work.
The role is 12-month fixed term covering maternity leave. The organisation is based in South Auckland with free parking, they also offer flexibilities on WFH.
Key responsibilities:
- HR Advisory service to internal stakeholders including interpreting policies, procedures, and legislation
- First point of contact for ER or other HR-related issues
- Coach and develop people capability to reach top performance
- Support talent retention strategy and initiatives
- Support Performance review process
- Ad hoc HR projects
About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Advisory level roles
- An HR Advocator
- Sound understanding of employment legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Critical thinking
