This is a junior level HRBP position, would act as a great step-up for an HR Advisor with some ER/IR experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to be at a senior partnering level, hands on and bring solid experience, be confident in your abilities, be adaptable to a diverse range of stakeholders and can positively influence and collaborate.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner and role model with stakeholders
- Provide expert HR advice
- Contribute to strategy development
- ER/IR- manage union relationship
- Actively manage policies and procedures
- Champion HR to employees and Managers
- Coaching and mentoring
- Reporting and analytics
