My client requires the need of a strong HR generalist to support their change programme from a people lens, they have several people projects within their work programme including change, strategic workforce planning and values and a number of other projects which impact people. They require someone to provide insight, ER expertise and to assess the people impact of these changes.

Working with the other HR Business Partners and key HR stakeholders you will be fully connected to the HR team as they build up to full capacity. You will also be fully utilised on Ministry wide projects to set the team up for a great 2022.
