Our client has engaged us exclusively to recruit an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor position which will be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced generalist who wishes to continue to grow their HR knowledge.
You will be joining an Iconic Kiwi company and partnering with an area of the business that enables New Zealanders to enjoy what Aoteaora has to offer. This will be a busy but supportive environment, where you will be able to connect across this unique area of the business and help to enable people to deliver exceptional results and continue to build an inclusive and engaged culture.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong generalist HR experience including some exposure to performance management and ER
- Proven ability to work alongside managers as a trusted advisor
- Excellent written communication skills
- A solutions-focused mindset and positive attitude
- Sound judgement and good influencing skills
