The role is a blend of strategic implementation and operational HR in a unionised, SME, manufacturing environment. This is a permanent role, located in South Auckland and offers WFH. The focus of the role is to embed and enhance HR practices within the business and coach leaders.
Reporting the HR manager- NZ- you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- End to end HR
- Implementation of global HR strategy
- Leadership Mentoring and coaching
- Generalist advice
- Policies and processes
- Culture and engagement
- Performance management
- D, E & I events
- Low complexity of ER
