Opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner ready for the next step or a People and Culture Manager looking for a new opportunity!
This role will is a blend of implementation of people strategy through operational HR ,serves as a member of the NZ leadership team and will be sole charge.

Significant HR generalist experience working supporting leaders
Strong knowledge of NZ legislation requirements
Experience in a unionised environment and collective bargaining
Multi national or large matrixed organisation experience
SAP experience will be well regarded
