About the role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the support team
- Coach, lead, manage and support the legal administrators
- Manage the recruitment process for vacant roles
- Ensure any policies and procedures are updated in a timely manner
- Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures
What you bring to the role:
- 5 plus years’ experience in managing or leading a large team
- Professional services experience preferred
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking
- High emotional intelligence
