Join this team of passionate and friendly individuals as Office Administrator. This is a small team, doing big things!

The role is 2-fold:

Customer service delivery and order management:

  • Processing orders that come in from stores and via the website
  • Coordinate deliveries
  • Update customers on orders and deliveries
  • Leasing with the courier company

Finance support:

  • Processing invoices
  • Allocating credits in Xero
  • Process all debtors and creditors on a weekly basis
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations
