Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for an experienced Administrator to offer administrative support to the Vice President of Operations, as well as the wider team.

About the role:

  • Manage the Vice President of Operations’ outlook calendar
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Scheduling quarterly planning meetings
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Communicate all internal operational updates to teams involved
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
  • Take minutes of meetings and send out meeting agendas
  • Arrange team building events
  • Raising and closing of purchase orders
  • Processing expense claims
  • Ordering office supplies like stationery and consumables

About you:

  • You will have at least 2-3 years experience in an admin support / PA role
  • You are trustworthy and able to work independently
  • You have advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • You have a positive, pro-active attitude
