Are you a seasoned Oracle Cloud Consultant with a passion for data migration and transformation? We’re looking for a Data Migration Lead to join a high-performing team driving a major Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

About the Role
As the Oracle Data Migration Lead, you’ll spearhead the migration of master and transactional data from multiple legacy systems into Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. This is a strategic role requiring deep technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration across functional teams.

• Lead the end-to-end data migration stream for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
• Develop and execute data migration strategy, including cleansing, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to define and deliver migration requirements.
• Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and exception reporting.
• Support UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases.

To be considered you must have:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle eBS data migration.
• Proven track record leading at least one Oracle Cloud Fusion data migration project.
• Expertise in FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and Fusion Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle modules: Finance, SCM, Procurement, Order Management.
• Experience with ETL tools, data cleansing, and transformation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including offshore team coordination.
