About the Role
As a Lead Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, practices, and direction of the engineering function. You’ll work across Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to build high-performing, scalable platforms that support the company's strategic goals.
This is a newly created role due to growth and transformation. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, product-led environments and who wants to be part of a company that values innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in software development, including 7+ years with .NET Core & C#
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong skills in RESTful APIs, Azure, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC tools (e.g., Bicep, Terraform)
- Sound knowledge of application security and Agile/TDD practices
- Bonus: Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, or AI tools like GitHub Copilot
- A proactive self-starter who’s passionate about tech and building things that matter
- Experienced working in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
- Customer-centric with a growth mindset and flexible attitude
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example
