Fantastic opportunity exists to join a government agency situated at the Auckland Viaduct. Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, this role will see you involved in a variety of tasks involving Recruitment, Learning & Development, Payroll and Health & Safety to name a few. The purpose of the role is to provide professional and responsive administration support and coordination in all aspects of the core People & Capability processes.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Placement of job adverts
  • Tracking of recruitment progress
  • Responding to queries
  • Processing of checks & references
  • Catering and travel arrangements
  • Monthly reporting
  • Update new and existing employee information
  • ADHOC administration

Key requirements would include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Broadly focused administration experience
  • MS Office skills at an Intermediate level
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to multi-task & use initiative
