We are looking for a seasoned P&C Advisor to join this non-for-profit organisation. This is a chance to participate in transformational change and effective implementation of the strategic vision.
If you are an experienced P&C Advisor who really wants to be in a position that offers strategic flare, then this is the one.
Key responsibilities:
- Support GM HR with strategy implementation
- Setup performance appraisal framework, provide training and onwards support
- HR Advisory – providing timely and accurate advice to managers on various issues
- End to end recruitment
- Examine current HR admin process with a view to automation and creating efficiency
- HR operational duties – including HR admin & filling
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience on HR advisory level, preferably with healthcare background but not essential
- Experienced in recruitment
- Technical savvy
- Don’t mind doing the bits and pieces in addition to the exciting strategic part
- An energetic HR advocate
