This role requires previous Personal Assistant or Team Admin experience as it requires someone with a high level of administrative and communication skills. The role is paying up to $40.00 per hour and is based in Wellington CBD.

Key responsibilities include:
- Diary and email management
- Organise daily schedules
- Assist with meeting and travel arrangements
- Provide general administration support
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in a Team Administration or Personal Assistant role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite including using video conference tools
- Proactive ability to anticipate needs and prioritise critical tasks
- High level of organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
